Expense Report Template

As a Project Manager your project is likely to incur reimbursable expenses. This expense report template includes two sheets. The first sheet is for standard expenses such as travel, equipment purchases and other expenses which are made in the local currency. The second sheet is for international expenses such as international travel, or expenses which were paid in a foreign currency. The expense report will convert from the foreign currency into your local currency based on the exchange rate you enter. It has the flexibility to account for different exchange rates based on multiple exchange rates such as an ATM cash withdraw versus an exchange at a local bank.

Expense Report for Domestic Travel

The first Expense Report template is for domestic travel or expenses which don’t require the conversion of currency. This Expense Report is the first tab on the Excel spreadsheet, which can be downloaded by clicking on the download link at the top of the page.

Expense Report for International Travel

The second Expense Report template is for international travel or expenses which were paid in a foreign currency and need to be converted into local currency in the expense form. It is the second tab on the Excel spreadsheet which is downloaded by clicking on the Download link at the top of the page.
